Create Interesting ‘Coming Soon’ Pages

 Create Interesting ‘Coming Soon’ Pages

A website is the face of a business, organization or a person on the web. Having a strong

web presence is an important aspect of a new business to be successful. It can take a while

to design and create a live website even for professional website designers. Therefore,

before the launch of a complete website, it is critical for businesses to give viewers a sneak

peak at what they will be offering. And, believe it or not, having great ‘Coming Soon’ pages

can enhance the popularity of a business or an organization. Here are a few tips for creating

interesting ‘Coming Soon’ pages:

1. ‘Coming Soon’ page should reflect what people need to know in advance so they can

spread the word about the company. Use a clear and concise message that describes

what the business is about. Include a graphic that will grab attention of visitors and

make them stay on the page for at least 2-3 seconds!

2. Give enough (but not too much) information about your company so that viewers

remain interested and curious.

3. This page also reflects the personality of your business or organization. So, using the

company logo and a bit of the same color theme as the complete website would be a

good idea.

4. If you are a business that is allowing people to sign-up for something or pre-order

an item then keep the forms simple and clearly visible.

5. Make the page attractive enough for people to start sharing on social media, i.e.

Facebook, LinkedIn etc. Making a company easy to find on the web is a huge

advantage.

Have fun designing a unique ‘Coming Soon’ page!
